Problems filing?

Missing PIN, moved recently, or not sure you qualify — the settlement administrator can help.

Moved recently? The administrator can look you up by name and old address and reissue a PIN — file with your current address and attach receipts from the class period. No PIN? If you never got the mailed notice, the administrator can verify you manually. Tip: the official site's FAQ usually covers moved addresses, lost notices, and missing PINs — check there first.
