October 20, 2026 — Star Casualty settlement. The eligibility dates were corrected to March 22, 2018–June 26, 2026 against the official settlement site.
October 14, 2026 — Proof labels, dataset-wide. Every proof label on the site was audited against the claim forms behind it. 22 settlements marked “no proof needed” actually required a notice ID — all 22 were corrected, and every data rebuild now runs a proof-label check that blocks a bad label from shipping.
